We are getting more into our routine each and every day. The boys eat every 3 hours on the dot. We are tired but know it's all worth it. Evan has been home so it's been nice to have him around so much spoiling me and the boys. He went back to work this week from paternity leave but will be able to take off some time when his parents arive. Along with my parents, there are always plenty of hands for holding babies and changing babies.

Week 3
July 9-July 15, 2010
We are getting more into our routine each and every day. The boys eat every 3 hours on the dot. We are tired but know it's all worth it. Evan has been home so it's been nice to have him around so much spoiling me and the boys. We have been going on at least one walk a day--usually to get gelato or coffee. It has been SO hot. Usually August is the hottest month around here, last August was almost unbearable at times, and without AC in most if not all buildings (some on base) it makes it hard to not be sticky all the time. Well this year the boys arrived during the Italian heatwave.
Gram, Pops, me, and the boys out and about.
Pops napping with Eli.
Sweetness. Pure innocence. Love him.
Pops napping with Porter. Pops took a lot of naps :)
Porter and his frizzy hair totally relaxed with Pops.
Sleeping in the pack and play near the window in the hallway. Porter has wiggled out of his swaddle--the norm.
He is starting to look a little less "Benjamin Button" like.
The flash is a little bright for Eli. His little head is so teeny.
They sleep on sleep positioners lately to elevate them. When they started wiggling down off of them, we will stop using them.
LOOK at Porter's skinny, little arms. He is so teeny. Their cries are so little--way back in their throats--it usually sounds like a cat down the street crying.
We are on our way out for lunch and Pops loads up the boys.
They are wearing their coordinating puppy outfits from Steph. Eli obviously really likes his.
Porter is very comfortable in his too.
Gram and Pops left us this week to continue their summer vacation to Russia. Nana and Grandpa come in the same day Gram and Pops leave. Just enough time to change the sheets and towels! We are so lucky to have parents willing to travel across the ocean to see us and meet their new grand-babies.
