May 18-19, 2011
Wednesday and Thursday were recovery days for us. Wednesday we ran some errands, visited a local pottery store, and went to a winery. Thursday morning we went to the Sacile market, minus Evan, and shopped and shopped until we couldn't stand the heat any longer.
Wednesday afternoon we went to a local winery, Le Favole, which has a playground. Ross and Evan tasted and bought the wine, while Janet and I kept the boys busy in the grass.

We caught a few pictures in the clover at Le Favole.

Out and about in the stroller. Hold on to your hats!

Janet and Ross fed the boys most of their meals during their stay. They were constant entertainment for Porter and Eli. Eli did a good job of spreading Gerber gooeyness all over Ross's t-shirt.

Thursday afternoon we went to a play area near the square. It has 2 swings and 3 bouncy fish. I take them every now and then, and give them each a turn out of the stroller. Today was great because there were enough hands to take them both out and play, play, play.

Lino's roses are beautiful right now and full of pink, red, yellow, and light pink blooms.

Swinging away with Nana.

Eli catching the view over Grandpa's shoulder.

See? Ross really did feed them all the time. I appreciated having the time to fix our own meals a few minutes early or just watch them have fun with Grandpa.

Getting 2 little boys to both look at the camera is getting harder and harder.

Janet and Ross left early Friday morning and the house is entirely too quiet. We were so glad to travel with our parents and enjoy our time with them, while they were able to enjoy the boys too.
