We shared our favorite Prosecco Road winery, Riva dei Tor, with our friends Heather, Todd, and Daegan this weekend. It was beautiful weather and the prosecco fields were calling.
After our usual lunch, we settled in the grass for some play time. Well, we are city folk here in Sacile, and we do not get out in the grass very much. Our daily walks are surrounded by beautiful and cultural scenery, but not much nature. Like grass. Porter loved it and wanted to eat it. Eli--not so fond of it. Porter also had fun crawling around in the grass and chasing the resident puppy.

It was super windy today. So much so that our 3 umbrellas the guy set up for us all blew over in a big gust of wind. You can see him behind us picking up the umbrellas--one broke. Oops.
We went to Ca' Salina afterwards to stock up on prosecco. We enjoyed a few more bottles before heading home.
Hah! Love Eli's toes in the 1st pic---shows just how much he hates it!! And....mmmmm...Prosecco. I can only dream of the day I can have it again!
